If you can't catch the tour at 3:30pm, we suggest you to leave us a comment when booking online and request for tour guide information. Then you can contact the tour guide upon your arrival. The tour guide will take customers to the night tour and usually they will be back in the hotel around 9-10PM. Also, tour guide information can only be confirmed 1 day before tour departure. But according to your answer in the Q & A, there is no visit to Stanford University. I would appreciate if you can confirm. THis is an important part of our visit. We wish to start the tour on 22/11/2015. We will reach SFO at 11.25 pm. I am not sure how long it takes to clear customs. How do we arrange for the free transport to the hotel ? We also need a one day extension at LV (i.e. I am not going on to LA). This will be for 29 Nov.
